Worries, doubts, and anxiety are common occurrences in life. It’s reasonable to be concerned about an unpaid bill, a job interview, or a first date. Yet, it’s not normal if it becomes excessive and unmanageable.

If you constantly worry about “what ifs” and worst-case situations every day. Or you can’t stop thinking about how worried you are, and it gets in the way of your daily life. It is considered to be chronic.
